Job summary

• Provide strategic advisement on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate operational risks within Oracle systems.
• Coach team members to improve performance and deliver client expectations.
• Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite to optimize operational efficiency and support client objectives.
• Develop policies and guidelines to support compliance and security initiatives.
• Engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and expedite issues when necessary.
