Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking an Oracle Application Security & Controls Manager to lead security and compliance initiatives within Oracle applications for diverse clients. You will analyze requirements, implement controls, guide teams, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality consulting services.

As a Manager, you will manage client accounts, drive strategic planning, and foster integrity and innovation while leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite to enhance governance and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading security and compliance initiatives.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of security measures within Oracle applications to enhance compliance and protect sensitive data
• Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored compliance and security solutions
• Guiding teams in the execution of compliance audits and documentation processes
• Overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs and governance frameworks
• Providing strategic advisement on regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Collaborating with clients to identify and mitigate operational risks within Oracle systems
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
• Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite to optimize operational efficiency and support client objectives
• Developing policies and guidelines to support compliance and security initiatives
• Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and elevate issues when necessary
