Job summary

Stanford University’s UIT organization seeks an Oracle Software Developer to join the FSMM group within Enterprise Technology (ET). The role focuses on developing and maintaining custom Oracle-based applications, integrating Oracle EBusiness Suite, Oracle Financials Cloud, Procurement Cloud and EPM SaaS solutions, using APEX, JavaScript and web services.

You will collaborate with system developers, business analysts, QA and deployment/operations teams to deploy scalable, secure enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
Knowledge of data modeling and application design.
Ability to lead structured team development projects.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical clients.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and related tools.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, implement and develop complex systems independently.
Collaborate with users to gather requirements and balance intra-system tradeoffs.
Document system builds and configurations; maintain documentation.
Provide technical analysis, design, development, and implementation work.
Mentor junior software developers and lead projects of moderate complexity.
Evaluate new features and technologies and integrate into the computing environment.
