Intellibee, working with the Virginia Department of Health’s Office of Information Management, is modernizing VVESTS using Oracle APEX. The role focuses on creating new Oracle APEX pages and components, strengthening security controls, and improving user experience for vital statistics and vital records projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle 11g/18c/19c databases and SQL/PLSQL.
• Proficient in Oracle APEX development and UI components.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Oracle APEX pages and components for VVESTS.
• Strengthen security controls and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Improve UI/UX and ensure long-term platform sustainability.
