Stellar Professionals is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join a critical Public Health Data Modernization project in Richmond, VA. You will design, enhance, and secure mission-critical applications handling sensitive healthcare data.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in Oracle APEX, SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle Database, plus frontend JS/jQuery. Onsite requirement ramps up for 30 days, then reduced onsite days per performance.

Key Required Skills & Experience

• Oracle APEX: 5+ years building and scaling enterprise web applications
• SQL & PL/SQL: 5+ years writing, optimizing, and developing complex database routines

• Frontend Web Development: 5+ years of JavaScript or jQuery experience

Mandatory Position Requirements

• Must physically reside and work within the US for the duration of the role.
