Job summary

REV LLC is seeking a hands-on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer and Administrator for a six-month consulting engagement focused on migrating from Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to OAC. The role requires practical migration experience, semantic modeling, repository management, and cloud administration.

The ideal candidate will export/import BAR files, design semantic models, secure OAC environments, and optimize SQL for analytics.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Oracle Analytics development, administration, or migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
• Direct experience exporting RPD repositories to BAR files and importing them into OAC.
• Experience developing semantic models and administering OAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Migrate OAS content and configurations to OAC.

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot semantic models and repository configurations.
• Configure OAC security, access, and environment settings.

About the Opportunity

REV is seeking a hands-on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer and Administrator for a six-month consulting engagement supporting the migration of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to OAC.

The ideal candidate has practical experience with OAS-to-OAC migrations, semantic models, repository files, cloud administration, BAR-file migration, and independent troubleshooting.

• Experience developing semantic models and administering OAC environments.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of analytics migration, testing, validation, OCI, and ETL tools such as ODI or ODI-C.

Engagement Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor for six months.
• Ability to demonstrate personal, hands-on experience with OAC/OAS migration.
• Ability to successfully complete all client-required security requirements before accessing client systems and information.
