Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Technical Lead to design, implement, and support Oracle Agile PLM solutions in Bartlett, TN. You will drive PLM initiatives across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality, coordinating with global teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in Agile PLM, strong architecture knowledge, and experience with PC, PQM, PG&C, and PPM modules. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Agile PLM experience and support.
• Strong knowledge of Agile PLM architecture, workflows, Java Client, SDK, Web Services.
• Experience integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Expertise in configuration, customization, workflow design, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience leading global teams and engaging senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Drive PLM initiatives across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Manage PLM modules: Product Collaboration, Product Quality Management, Governance & Compliance, and Product Portfolio Management.
• Lead solution architecture, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the project team.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose long-term fixes.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
