Technical Lead/SME Consultant

Skill requirements

• At least 5 year experience with Oracle-Agile PLM solution with concentration on Product Collaboration, PQM, PG&C, Portfolio Management modules.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent driver with PLM functional background in conducting Business/Technical Process workshops, fit gap analysis, identify scope, strategy & approach with best practices, gathering data integration requirements (Quantification & Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data transformation, etc.)
• Strong skill sets of analysis of business requirements, risks, risk mitigation, challenges, concerns and ability to provide best practice solution
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels on large scale projects
• Strong knowledge and understanding of complex PLM business processes, business rules, change management, document & quality controls, Quality and Engineering processes, PQM objects PSR/QCR/CAPA closed-loop process in High Tech Industry.
• Extensive knowledge & understanding of end-to-end business process alignments, workflows, data security model, Agile PLM solution design, Configuration of attributes, definition of Privileges/Roles and User Groups, Change Order / Workflow and criteria definition
• Experience with Apple PLM processes and tools is a plus
• Experience with creating web site content for the PLM at Apple for Executive overview, What is PLM, how it is benefiting Apple.
• Create/update content, designs and organize for better user experience presentation
• Prepare wire diagrams in OmniGraffle from the requirements gathered
• Review the Final deliverables with the stakeholders and include suggested changes
• Work with Technical team to develop the final solution using web technologies like HTML5/Bootstrap/Graphene
• Familiar with Agile methodology project execution, user stories, sprint development & validation, etc.
• Required to continue with Project Phases/Sprints (total approximately 14 weeks):
  • Pre Mobilization/Mobilization/Development, IT/UAT, Golive & Warranty
