Job summary

CharterCARE Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, RI seeks an OR Technician to support the Operating Room team. Responsibilities include organizing and preparing the sterile field, handling instruments, and assisting the surgeon under supervision to ensure optimal patient care.

Education: Graduate of Surgical Technology School or equivalent. Licensure: CST preferred. Shift is full-time, 1st shift, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, with regular hours totaling 64-80 per pay period.

Technicians Full Time regular (64-80 hrs) , 1st Shift , 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Summary: Under the direction from the professional Registered Nurse assists in providing optimal patient care in the Operating Room by organizing and preparing the sterile field, handling instruments, and may assist the surgeon under their direct supervision. Establishes positive relationships through communication development of self and fulfilling responsibilities as an employee at St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island.

Education: Graduate of Surgical Technology School or equivalent.

Licensure: CST preferred
