Sharp HealthCare seeks an Operating Room Technician to prepare the OR and assist surgeons in scrub roles for various procedures. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor/Unit Manager and supports care under RN supervision for adolescents and adults.
Requirements include at least 6 months OR tech experience or a completed surgical technologist program, with weekend and night shifts; BLS is REQUIRED. CBA context with SEIU applies.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $40.420 - $45.350 - $50.270

The Operating Room Technician is a care giver in the Operating Room whose responsibility is to prepare the Operating Room and assists the surgeon in a scrub role for all types of surgical procedures. Accountable to the Shift Supervisor/Unit Manager. Provides care under the licensure and direct supervision of a Registered Nurse for Adolescents (age 14-18) and Adult (18 and older) population.
