Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Clovis, California, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 12-hour day shift, 36 hours per week, staff employment. You will prepare patients, scrub in, handle instruments, and support the surgical team across a variety of cases in our operating rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or approved IEP certificate required.
• Graduate of a recognized Surgical Technology Program required.
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by AHA required.
• CST - Certified Surgical Technologist or TS-C - Tech in Surgery - Certified required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare instruments, equipment, medications and supplies for each case.
• Establish and maintain sterile field and surgical aseptic technique.
• Assist in transporting and preparing the patient for surgical procedure.
