Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an OR Surgical Technician (full-time, days) at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will prepare cases, assist with patient prep, handle instruments, set up the sterile field and anticipate the surgeon's needs.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology. Licenses: Basic Life Support, Certified Surgical Technologist, and Certified Operating Room Technician.

Responsibilities

• Care and safety of patients under the ST's care.
• Prepare cases and assist with patient preparation.

• Anticipate and respond to the surgeon's needs during procedures.
