Job summary

Fisher-Titus Medical Center is hiring an LPN/Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will assist surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and nurses in standard and complex procedures in a fast-paced OR environment.

Qualified candidates are LPNs with current CST certification, BCLS or within 12 months of hire, and an active LPN license. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with Current CST certification.
• BCLS Certification or within 12 months of hire.
• LPN Licensure maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room.
• Assembles and troubleshoots equipment and instrumentation.
• Ensures all necessary equipment and available instruments and supplies are in the room prior to the start of a case.
• Maintains sterile techniques and asepsis throughout procedures.
• Manages medication labeling and passes medications on the sterile field with surgeon approval.
