Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients and care partners.
• Understanding of cultural diversity and respectful care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and team members.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and nursing protocols.
• BLS certification; RN license in Pennsylvania.
