Incredible Health in Cypress, TX is seeking an experienced Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to join hospitals actively hiring. The position supports OR teams across CVOR, Neuro, Transplant, and Robotic surgery with various shifts.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with comprehensive benefits. You will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintain sterile technique, monitor vitals, and coordinate with physicians, staff, and families to

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in Texas.
• 1+ year OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe operating room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative patient care and nursing duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedures and postoperative care.
