Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana invites an experienced RN Surgery Circulator to join our operating room team. You’ll support perioperative care, coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nurses, and advocate for patients during surgery.

The role is full-time, day shift with variable hours, 40 hours per week, and requires Montana RN licensure, BLS, and strong teamwork. You’ll work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment that emphasizes safety, education, and compassionate

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license or multi-state license to practice in Montana.
• 1+ year RN experience in a hospital/clinic setting.
• CPR and/or BLS certification as required by service line.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and coordinates individualized, goal directed nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Maintains nursing standards of care and responds to changing workloads and patient conditions by remaining calm and prioritizing.
• Transcribes and implements provider orders accurately and efficiently.
• Documents encounters clearly in accordance with standards and policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and education for patients/families.
