Logan Health in Kalispell, Montana, seeks an RN Surgery Circulator to join our operating room team. You will develop and coordinate individualized nursing care, maintain safety and infection control, and ensure accurate orders are transcribed and implemented during procedures.

The role requires Montana RN licensure or compact eligibility, 1+ year of RN experience in a hospital/clinic setting, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or compact eligibility.
• 1+ year RN experience in hospital, clinic, or physician office.
• CPR and/or BLS certification as required by the service line.
• Strong nursing theory and standards of practice.
• Infection control and universal precautions knowledge.
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control in line with policy.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders accurately.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition.
• Coordinate timely interventions during surgical procedures.
• Document encounters per organizational standards.
• Educate patients and families on surgical care and recovery.
• Maintain attendance and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
