GRADY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL is seeking a Staff RN - Operating Room with call requirements. The role requires an active RN license in Ohio or a multi-state compact and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or multi-state compact state in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• This position has call requirements of a 30-minute response time.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of previous OR RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and revises plan with data as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations - Daily operations with focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
