Job summary

Premier Health Partners in Centerville, OH is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our operating room team. The role requires on-call availability and the ability to reach the hospital within 30 minutes, with shifts typically 7:00am–5:00pm, and 80 hours per pay.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with an inter-professional team, and uphold the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics while delivering safe, evidence-based practice to a diverse surgical caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• Minimum 1 year OR RN experience.

The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader and sentry. The RN collaborates with and guides care delivered by the inter-professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards

Education

Graduation from accredited school of nursing

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid Ohio RN license

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required 1 year of OR RN experience is required.
