Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Specialty Teams Coordinator for the Paoli Surgery Center. You will lead and organize specialty services, monitor OR turnover, and assign rooms while ensuring efficient case setup.

The role trains new hires and manages resources across plastics, gyn, general, pain, eyes, and other service lines. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of OR nursing experience, PA RN license, and CNOR certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of nursing experience in the Operating Room is required.
• RN license in PA or multi-state license via NLC required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct specialty services under charge.
• Monitor room turnover and case setup; assign rooms for team.
• Serve as technical resource, train new hires, manage resources and equipment.
