Qualifications

• Oncology/chemotherapy credentials recommended or required as per unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in designated specialty unit following scope of practice and organizational policies.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team including referrals, disposition, and family support.
• Mentor students/new hires and delegate tasks to junior staff; monitor patient conditions and document changes.
