Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center- Dallas, Department: Surgery, seeks an OR Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Day shift. The RN coordinates patient care using the BSWH nursing model, assesses patients, develops care plans, and evaluates responses to care.

On-call requirement: 30-minute arrival. Responsibilities include clinical judgment, adherence to nursing standards, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe patient transitions and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and nursing licensure.
• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning.
• Ability to work in a surgical department and coordinate care.
