Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model. The RN assesses patients, develops care plans, and evaluates responses to ensure safe surgical care.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2 years OR nursing experience.
• Da Vinci Xi robotics experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and implement nursing interventions with timely follow-up.
• Promote safe patient passage and manage pain as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to BSWH standards.
