Job summary

The RN uses the BSWH nursing model to provide efficient, safe care, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring timely coordination with physicians and staff. A BSN and robotics experience are required for this full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Major in Nursing.
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi robotics required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate nursing assessments using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate patient responses.
• Coordinate patient care using BSWH nursing model.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and staff competencies.
• Maintain safe passage for patients and manage transitions without delays.
