Job summary

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood is seeking an RN OR Circulator to join a fast-paced ASC environment. The RN will position and prep patients, and circulate cases while maintaining high standards of infection control and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, BLS, and prior circulator experience; BSN is preferred. Relocation assistance and SOB are available to the right hire.

Job Summary:

The RN OR Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. Employees may be cross trained in other areas of Surgical Services and may be expected to perform duties other than their normal duties as staffing and patient needs change as well as perform other assigned duties.

Required Skills:

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
• Current unrestricted RN license
• BLS
• Experience working as a circulator required
