USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood in Houston is seeking a motivated RN OR Circulator to join our fast-paced surgical team. The RN Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps patients, and circulates cases.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service, multitasking ability, infection control, and teamwork. Cross-training may occur as staffing needs change.

Requirements include BSN preferred, current RN license, BLS, and experience as a circulator.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Current unrestricted RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience working as a circulator

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgery
• Position and prep the patient, and circulate the case
• Maintain infection control standards and professional competencies
• May be cross-trained in other areas of Surgical Services as staffing requires
