Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking a Full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for St. Mary's Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role offers no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will collaborate with the surgical team, monitor patients, administer medications, and maintain sterile techniques across multispecialty procedures. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with at least three years in OR nursing, plus BLS and

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Minimum of three years' operating room nursing experience.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare and set up the operating room for a variety of procedures.
Assess and monitor patients throughout surgical interventions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Administer medications and assist with anesthesia as required.
Maintain sterile techniques and aseptic conditions in the operating room.
Provide postoperative care and coordinate patient recovery.
Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Will serve as backup scrub tech, as needed
