St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center in Virginia is seeking a qualified Full-time Operating Room RN to join our team. No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, 3+ years OR experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. You will support surgical teams, maintain sterile technique, and provide high-quality postoperative care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of operating room nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the operating room for varied procedures.
• Monitor patients during surgery to ensure safety.
• Administer medications and assist with anesthesia as needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic conditions.
• Provide postoperative care and coordinate recovery.
• Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Backup scrub tech duties as needed.
