Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN license in state of practice (Arizona).
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of related clinical experience.
• Annual validations to maintain clinical performance competencies.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and physician needs for specialty procedure departments.
• Provide nursing care and develop care plans per physician orders and nursing plan; supervise licensed staff.
• Ensure efficient use of department resources and participate in quality improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify operational and inventory needs.
• Mentor and orient staff to support team development.
