Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join the Green Spring Pavilion III Surgery Center on the Johns Hopkins Green Spring Station campus. The role involves circulating in multiple specialties within a high-performing ambulatory surgery program and scrub experience is a plus.

Per diem, 8-hour day shifts with staggered start times between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays or on-call.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license required at time of hire.
• BLS CPR required.
• 1 year recent OR experience preferred, and 6 months recent OR required (within the past 3 years).
• Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• BSN preferred and applicants w/an ADN in nursing will be considered; must matriculate into BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Diverse clinical practice: Circulate in multiple specialties to keep skills sharp.
• Team-based environment with collaborative perioperative care.
