Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an RN to promote and restore patients’ health status. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families while supervising assigned team members.

The role adheres to nursing standards and legal requirements. A valid SC RN license is required, with ADN/ Diploma/ BSN acceptable. A sign-on bonus is offered and a broad benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina.
• Minimum education: ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Experience: New graduates acceptable if nurse residency program completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Educate patients and families, document care activities accurately.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
• Support L&D-specific procedures if applicable within scope.
