Qualifications

• Maintain safe equipment knowledge and IV therapy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions through evaluations to create care plans.
• Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care activities in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Advocate for patient safety and prevent errors.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Maintain sterile environment and infection control.
• Perform interventions such as IVs, wound care, catheterization.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance care quality.
