Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma RN; 2+ years of experience required.
• Active Ohio RN License; may require licensure in other states.
• If hired without a BSN/MSN, must enroll within 1 year and complete within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Compliance - Patient Services Staff: maintain regulatory understanding and monitor safety and policies.
• Use systems thinking to support family care coordination and safety.
• Clinical judgment: collect data, follow protocols, document care and outcomes.
• Clinical inquiry: engage in ongoing learning, performance review, and peer learning.
• Collaborate in interprofessional teams and shared decision making.
• Interprofessional Practice: integrate IPM in practice.
• Advocacy and inclusion: uphold patient rights and culturally inclusive care.
