Job summary

The Community Health Network in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. You will circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases, delivering compassionate perioperative care.

The role requires future-ready skills, adherence to Nurse Practice Act and AORN guidelines, and collaboration with the OR team to ensure safe, cost-effective patient outcomes.

Expect four 10-hour shifts, three weekdays and one weekend call per month.

Qualifications

• OR Circulating experience and perioperative nursing skills.
• Current RN license in Indiana (NLC).
• Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases.
• Deliver safe, cost-effective patient care in the OR.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs and adhere to standards such as AORN.
