Job summary

Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The role focuses on patient care during surgical procedures and requires OR nursing expertise.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Nursing and a permanent Multi-State RN license, with BLS CPR and ACLS as applicable. Ongoing employment and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 are available based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License is required.
• BLS CPR certification required; ACLS within orientation period.
• ACLS certification is required within orientation period.
• Experience in surgical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures.
• Assess patient as ongoing process and document in the chart.
• Perform interventions completely with age-appropriate competency.
• Verify orders for accuracy and schedule tests/procedures.
• Follow medication and IV therapy policies, monitor for adverse reactions.
• Interpret diagnostic data and notify physician as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
