Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OR Renovation Territory Manager - Communications to lead customer renovation projects from quoting to sign-off, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and third-party vendors. The role requires deep construction knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include pre-sales quoting, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple functions.

Qualifications

BS or equivalent (MS and/or MBA preferred) and 6+ years of work experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred experience within construction industry, sales and or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead quoting activity for all OR Renovation leads within the region.
Assist Sales Representatives in pre-sales activities to generate new sales of Stryker Communications OR Renovation portfolio.
Support selling of Stryker Communications OR renovation portfolio within approved indications for use.
Articulate full value proposition of Stryker Communications OR renovation portfolio and demonstrate subject matter expertise.
Build, manage, and maintain relationships across Stryker and OR Renovation partners.
Develop relationships with customers with ongoing contact at various levels.
Deliver presentations to stakeholders including C-Suite, OR Directors, Facilities and Project Management.
