HSHS Medical Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the General Operating Room at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role involves patient-centered care, collaboration with surgical teams, and educating patients and families about procedures and post-care plans.

The weekend-only, full-time schedule (36 hours/week) runs dayshift from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm. A competitive pay range of $34.00–$51.00 per hour applies, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and support within the General OR.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and self-care after discharge.
