Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to support perioperative care across our network of ambulatory surgical centers. You will contribute to patient-centered care aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities include assessing patient status during the perioperative episode, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year OR/med-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• PALS certification required if pediatric care is included.
• Perioperative nursing specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout perioperative care.
• Develop individualized perioperative care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan perioperative care.
