Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an Radiologic Technologist for OR radiology procedures. The role involves performing radiographic procedures with independence and initiative, using prescribed radiation beams for diagnosis and interventions.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 14:00–22:30, with on-call requirements and holiday coverage. Prior OR radiology experience is required, and licensure and ARRT certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida State Radiographers License issued by the Department of Radiation Control.
• ARRT certification with current registration is required.
• Operating Room radiology experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level with independent judgment.
• Apply prescribed ionizing radiation or radiofrequency beams for radiologic diagnosis/intervention.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
