Responsibilities

• Set up and break down sterile trays between cases on a tight OR turnover clock.
• De-escalate agitated patients with presence and voice before restraints.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift.
• Wound care from assessment to dressing change, tracking healing across the full admission.
• Deliver direct patient care in line with established protocols and care plans.
• Round on assigned patients each shift and document findings in the electronic record.
