Job summary

The Lutheran Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality care based on clinical protocols and orders.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and organizational policies.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with care team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities as appropriate.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatment, and discharge instructions.
• Maintains infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Documents care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
