• Provides daily performance feedback and support to staff; participates in interviews and training.
• Ensures safe care and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies within budget and time constraints.
• Transports and prepares patients and environment as needed; collaborates with nursing staff.
• Acts as a resource and mentor to less experienced staff and supports department goals.
