Job summary

Trinity Health's St. Peter's Health Partners in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join a Level 1 Trauma Center's General Surgery team. You will work in scrub and circulating roles with on-call shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

All RN levels welcome; BSN preferred with commitment to obtain BSN within five years. Current Michigan Nursing License and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN within five years of hire or transfer to an RN role.
• Current Michigan Nursing License and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• View patients holistically; consider physical, psychosocial, emotional, age-specific, cultural and spiritual factors.
• Demonstrate critical thinking by gathering and analyzing patient information and responding to a patient situation.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise an individualized plan of care using evidence-based interventions and standards of care.
