Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager of the Operating Room to lead 19 surgical suites, guiding daily operations and clinical direction while supporting a high-standard patient experience.

This salaried role requires BSN, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within first year, and healthcare management experience; you will drive quality initiatives, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory readiness in a Magnet Hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within first year of hire.
• Three years of recent clinical nursing experience including at least one year in healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and oversee budgets and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 19 operating rooms and surgical services.
• Set clinical direction and supervise nursing care.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and quality outcomes.
