Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and modify patient care plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications using barcode scanning.
• Document in ORM within Meditech for surgical patients.
• Demonstrate adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, physicians, and teams.
