Job summary

SCA Health, part of Optum, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. Join a network of ambulatory surgical centers focused on patient-centered care.

Your responsibilities include promoting our values, assessing patients throughout the perioperative period, and developing individualized care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. We require graduation from an accredited nursing program, state licensure in good standing, and at least 1 year of OR or medical/surgical nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as required by facility scope.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
