Job summary

UPMC East in Monroeville, PA is hiring a full-time Professional Staff Nurse to support the Operating Room. The OR handles multiple specialties including Neuro Spine, ENT, Orthopedic, Urology, Plastic, Thoracic, Robotic and Vascular in a hybrid surgical suite.

The role includes circulating and scrubbing, with a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for nurses with at least 1 year of nursing experience. Shifts are 4 x 10-hour shifts starting at 6:30 am, Monday-Friday; no off-shift or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA or compact state.
• BSN preferred; advanced certifications encouraged.

• Serve as unit leader and role model for professional nursing practice.

• Precept students, graduates, and new hires; support ongoing professional development.
