Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan RN license.
• ACLS required within six months of hire.
• PALS, TNCC and ENPC within one year for Emergency Department.
• Experience in unit may be required to maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Assesses assigned patients, documents and evaluates their response to plan of care, and takes corrective action.
• Plans and implements the patient’s plan of care and provides patient teaching.
• Oversees all ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
• Adheres to hospital policies and standards of care.
