Job summary

St Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an OR Manager RN for a full-time position. The role oversees all departmental functions, including surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing, while aligning with facility goals and mission.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of circulator experience, 2 years in surgery management, and an Arizona RN license with BLS. CNOR is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience in surgery as circulator.
• Two (2) years' experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
• Current Arizona RN License- BLS
• CNOR preferred- Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

• The Department Manager works with Senior Management in meeting Facility goals.

• Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
