Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and related techniques.
• Assess patient risk for allergic reaction to contrast media.
• Evaluate lab values prior to administering contrast.
• Explain procedures to patients using age-appropriate language.
• Adhere to imaging protocols and document deviations.
• Notify provider when immediate clinical concerns arise.
• Complete post-processing, image display, and transfer.
• Cover open shifts as needed.
